1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Schema AI service at aischemagen.com or the Schema AI WordPress plugin (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Schema AI is an AI-powered schema markup generation service that integrates with WordPress via a plugin. The Service allows users to automatically generate structured data (JSON-LD) for their web pages using artificial intelligence. The AI processing is powered by OpenAI's GPT-4o Mini model.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account at aischemagen.com. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your API key and account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Schema AI offers the following plans:

Free Plan – 30 AI schema generations per month at no charge
Pro Plan – 300 AI schema generations per month at $9.99/month
Premium Plan – Coming soon

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate schema markup for illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
Share or resell API keys to third parties
Exceed the rate limits of your plan through automated abuse
Circumvent usage limits or access controls

6. Data Processing and Third-Party Services

When you use the "Generate with AI" feature, your page content is transmitted to our backend server hosted on Railway and then to OpenAI for AI processing. By using the Service, you consent to this data flow. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you send through the Service.

OpenAI processes your content under their own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by AI Schema Generator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The schema markup generated by the Service using your content is yours to use freely on your websites.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated schema markup will be error-free, accepted by search engines, or result in any specific SEO outcome. Schema AI is a tool to assist you — always validate generated output before deploying to production.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Schema Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@aischemagen.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
